Where Christina came from
Christina was born, raised and educated in Pittsburgh, PA. Toggling between a blue collar family and a white collar education is where she discovered her passionate for having tough conversations that expose the pathways to growth and sustainable solutions.
Navigating a loud, large, intersectional and mutli-racial family put her communication, negotiation skills to work across personality type, insecurities, culture and hierarchies towards common goals anchored in legacy.
She’s on a mission to help enterprises on the rise implement growth strategies that prevent burnout.

Before starting a boutique growth strategy agency Christina experienced a steep learning curve navigating the pressure, expectations and power dynamics of building enterprises. As a first generation professional, her starting point was different than her counterparts. Christina’s work ethic made her stand out but professional services requires a level of consideration blue collar beginnings didn’t teach.
To date she’s invested $100K in learning emotional regulation, digital transformation, negotiation and skill preservation to grow into a thought leader building a legacy.
Every investment she made in herself she flipped into an opportunity. She’s launched marketing campaigns that engaged 75,000+ participants across seven continents, trained 1500+ founders in digital adoption and go-to-market readiness as the Community Manager at the Global Startup Ecosystem. She led multi-year initiatives that expanded program visibility by 30% and improved the DMV’s workforce data literacy by 45% where she was awarded Ecosystem Builder of the year.
Christina has a Bachelor’s in Business Management and Minor in Philosophy from Carlow University, a Women’s in Entrepreneurship Certificate from eCornell and is a certified ITIL service manager.
